New Edition of Pest Spotter

An updated edition of Bayer CropScience's Pest Spotter guide to the common pests of farm crops is now available.

Together with pests of combinable crops, potatoes, sugar beet and field brassicas it includes new chapters profiling the main pests of carrots, onions and leeks together with storage pests of grain.

Bayer's Ian Cockram, who compiled the new 168 page guide, says; "From the response to the first edition, published just a year ago, it's clear that growers and agronomists value having such a comprehensive and well illustrated field reference. The new sections will be particularly helpful to those needing to diagnose quality and yield-robbing pest problems in specialist field vegetable crops as well as the main arable crops."
