Fandango formulation issues
This year we unfortunately experienced some unexpected problems with the quality of the Fandango formulation, which you have made the number one barley product for the past 5 years.

We've fully investigated the processes involved in putting together, packing, storing and delivering Fandango and identified several factors which are likely to have combined to cause the problem. These were very specific to Fandango, and don't affect any other products in our range.

Ensuring quality
We are making changes to our production, as well as formulation and packing process for Fandango in 2010. This product will be produced close to the usage period, and as we want to be 100% sure that the changes we've made will ensure you get the quality formulation you've always been used to, it is unlikely that Fandango will be available early in the season in 2010.

To support you in your need to effectively manage diseases in your barley crop, we've decided as a one-off, to make Proline available in additional quantities until Fandango becomes available again.

Using Proline effectively
Because Proline does not have its ideal fluoxastrobin mixture partner and specially adapted barley formulation, it's important that you use an effective dose of Proline with an appropriate tank-mix partner, to help secure the long-term future of barley disease control with prothioconazole-based products.
