Infinito

Infinito is the new mid to late season blight fungicide based on active ingredient fluopicolide. Infinito acts on foliar, stem and tuber blight and, uniquely, at all stages of the blight life cycle.

Best use

Recent changes in late blight populations and the increased aggressiveness of Blue A2_13 mean that robust products need to be selected for optimum performance

Bayer CropScience 2009 recommendations:

  • Use 1.6 L/ha of Infinito at 7 day intervals for class leading foliar and tuber blight protection
  • Apply Infinito only to dry foliage. Do not apply Infinito if rainfall or irrigation is imminent (label wording)
