Trials show value of OSR seed insecticide protection this autumn

Latest harvest results from trials carried out at Broom’s Barn suggest that TuYV could reduce yields by up to one t/ha in 2011 sowings. Autumn 2010 was an ideal season to study TuYV effects on OSR yields because there was little natural infection (about 8% at harvest at Broom’s Barn).
