Herbicide survey

Can you help us?  We are seeking to better understand the issues farmers face and how you deal with them.  We want to know how you feel weed control has changed over recent years, the extent of grass-weed resistance on-farm, how you are dealing with it and your thoughts and opinions on how it is reported.  
 
Through this survey we want to build a national picture. One that isn’t reliant upon laboratory testing but on real, in-the-field experiences by the people that face the challenges every day.
 
We would be grateful if you could answer our survey which is made up of 16 questions and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.  The survey is completely anonymous.
